Hennessey Performance, located in Texas, USA is already well-known for its performance upgrades on countless makes and models, and they already have a nice conversion available for the Lamborghini Huracan, called the HPE900 Twin Turbo Upgrade, boosting power to 912 bhp at 7,400 rpm on 93 Octane fuel.

But now they are working on the next car from Sant'Agata, the Lamborghini Urus. At this time a baseline dyno test has been done, and apart from a few details, not much more is known at this stage, but with a nametag of 'HPE850 Upgrade' it is safe to say we'll be seeing over 800 bhp on the Hennessey tuned Urus when they show their #001 when completed.

The Hennessey Urus HPE850 Upgrade kit consists of stainless steel downpipes, new air filters, and catalytic converters. Naturally, a recalibration of the ECU and a replacement of necessary gaskets while the engine will receive a serial numbered plaque, another plaque will be fitted on the inside while both Hennessey and HPE850 emblems will adorn the exterior ... do note that the HPE850 Upgrade kit comes with a 1 year or 12,000-mile warranty.

No mention of pricing or exact performance figures has been published yet by Hennessey ... but remember they also make the impressive Velociraptor and Goliath in massive 6x6 configuration ... imagine if Hennessey would do a 6x6 conversion on the Lamborghini Urus next:

Remember the Hennessey Velociraptor 6x6 and the Goliath 6x6 ... what is they create a Urus HPE850 6x6 next?

I sure wouldn't mind seeing this on the open road ... for more information on the Urus HPE850 take a look at the Hennessey Performance website.
